All classes are conducted in small groups of 8 or less, allowing for more individualized coaching in an environment where colors were carefully chosen to facilitate healing and rebalancing of body and mind.
Get your day started with an energizing trip to the Barre. Barre is a fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Ballet, modern dance and muscle conditioning.
Mondays 8:30am - 9:15, April 23 - May 21
Increase balance and flexibility using a variety of dynamic and static techniques. Strength training with light weights and body weight to increase muscle power, muscle strength and muscle endurance.
Tuesdays 10:15am-11:00am, April 24 - May 22
Unwind in a relaxing, calming environment. Loosen and strengthen your back and core with exercises specifically designed to help your back including Pilates exercises, yoga positions and stretches. Bring a mat.
Thursdays 6:45pm - 7:15pm, April 26 - May 24
Unwind in a relaxing, calming environment surrounded with warm low lights and calming music. Loosen muscles and fascia using balls, foam rollers and natural heating pads if necessary. Followed by mindfulness meditation to calm mind and body. Bring a mat.
Thursdays 7:30pm - 8:15pm, April 26 - May 24
Sessions include assessments, personalized plan, exercise coaching, myofascial release, stress and pain management techniques as needed and tracking of progress. Personal training/coaching available by appointment. Hours for personal training/coaching are Monday and Friday during the day, Friday evenings, Saturday, additional times may also be available on Wednesday and Tuesday during the day or evening.
