Winter Class Schedule

All classes are conducted in small groups of 8 or less, allowing for more individualized coaching in an environment where colors were carefully chosen to facilitate healing and rebalancing of body and mind.

Balance & Strength - SilverSneakersĀ® FLEX program

Class includes use of weights, body weight and bands. Static and dynamic balance techniques will be practiced.
Mondays 9:30 am - 10:15 am, January 7 - February 11 (Fee: $48)
Tuesdays 10:15 am - 11:00 am, January 8 - February 12 (Fee: $48)
Drop-in fee: $8/class
SilverSneakersĀ® participants: FREE

Back Care

Loosen and strengthen your back and core with exercises specifically designed to help your back, including Pilates exercises, yoga positions and stretches.
Thursdays 6:45pm - 7:15pm
January 10 - February 7 (Fee: $40)
Drop-in fee: $8/class

Rolling

Roll out those knots, tight muscles and stress, strengthen your core. Self-myofascial release using balls and foam rollers, core strengthening using foam rollers.
Thursdays 7:30pm - 8:15pm
January 10 - February 7 (Fee: $50)
Drop-in fee: $10/class

Personal Training

Sessions include assessments, personalized plan, exercise coaching, myofascial release, stress and pain management techniques as needed and tracking of progress. Personal training/coaching available by appointment. Hours for personal training/coaching are Monday and Friday during the day, Saturday, and additional times may also be available on Wednesday and Tuesday during the day. Normal Rate: $50/hour
Senior Rate (65+): $40/hour
