Fall II Class Schedule

All classes are conducted in small groups of 8 or less, allowing for more individualized coaching in an environment where colors were carefully chosen to facilitate healing and rebalancing of body and mind.

Balance & Strength - SilverSneakers® FLEX program

Class includes use of weights, body weight and bands. Static and dynamic balance techniques will be practiced.
Mondays 9:30 am - 10:15 am, January 6 – February 10 (Fee: $48)
Tuesdays 10:15 am - 11:00 am, January 7 – February 11 (Fee: $48)
Drop-in fee: $8/class
SilverSneakers® participants: FREE

Cardio & Strength - SilverSneakers® FLEX program

Class includes light to moderate aerobics, muscle conditioning with weights and bands with a warm-up and cool down.
Friday 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm, January 10 – February 14 (Fee: $48)
Drop-in fee: $8/class
SilverSneakers® participants: FREE

Back Care

Loosen and strengthen your back and core with exercises specifically chosen to help your back, including Pilates exercises, yoga positions and stretches. Meditation and fascial release at end of class included. Class held in a calming low-light environment. Essential oils available to assist with destressing. Enjoy a cup of herbal tea after class if you desire.
Thursdays 6:45pm - 7:30pm
January 9 – February 13 (Fee: $48)
Drop-in fee: $8/class

Personal Training

Sessions include assessments, personalized plan, exercise coaching, myofascial release, stress and pain management techniques as needed and tracking of progress. Personal training/coaching available by appointment. Hours for personal training/coaching are Monday and Friday during the day, Saturday, and additional times may also be available on Wednesday and Tuesday during the day. Call or email for appointments and availability.
Normal Rate: $50/hour
Senior Rate (65+): $40/hour
