Summer Class Schedule

All classes are conducted in small groups of 8 or less, allowing for more individualized coaching in an environment where colors were carefully chosen to facilitate healing and rebalancing of body and mind.

Barre-ista

Get your day started with an energizing trip to the Barre. Barre is a fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Ballet, modern dance and muscle conditioning.
Mondays 8:30am - 9:15
Short session: June 11 - June 26 (Fee: $30)
Long session: July 9 - August 21 (Fee: $70)

Pilates + Walking

Guided, paced walking program through the neighborhood and park starting and ending with Pilates exercises.
Mondays 9:30am - 10:15am
Short session: June 11 - June 26 (Fee: $24)
Drop-in fee: $8/class

Walk + Strength - SilverSneakers® FLEX program

Guided, paced walking program through the neighborhood and park starting and ending with Stretching exercises.
Mondays 9:30am - 10:15am
Long session: July 9 - August 21 (Fee: $56)
Drop-in fee: $8/class
SilverSneakers® participants: FREE

Balance & Strength - SilverSneakers® FLEX program

Class includes use of weights, body weight and bands. Static and dynamic balance techniques will be practiced.

SilverSneakers® participants: FREE

Yoga - Ashtanga Vinyasa

Hatha flow yoga in a relaxing, calming environment surrounded with warm low lights and calming music. Mindfulness Meditation at end of session. Appropriate for beginner/intermediate skill levels.

Mat Pilates with Equipment

Intermediate level Pilates using balls, bands and foam rollers followed by mindfulness meditation.

Back Care

Loosen and strengthen your back and core with exercises specifically designed to help your back, including Pilates exercises, yoga positions and stretches.
Thursdays 6:45pm - 7:15pm
Short session: June 14 - June 28 (Fee: $27)
Long session: July 9 - August 23 (Fee: $63)
Drop-in fee: $9/class

Let's Roll

Roll out those knots, tight muscles and stress, strengthen your core. Self-myofascial release using balls and foam rollers, core strengthening using foam rollers.
Thursdays 7:30pm - 8:15pm

Long session: July 9 - August 23 (Fee: $91)
Drop-in fee: $13/class

Personal Training

Sessions include assessments, personalized plan, exercise coaching, myofascial release, stress and pain management techniques as needed and tracking of progress. Personal training/coaching available by appointment. Hours for personal training/coaching are Monday and Friday during the day, Saturday, and additional times may also be available on Wednesday and Tuesday during the day. Normal Rate: $50/hour
Senior Rate (65+): $40/hour
