All classes are being done via Zoom. Personal training is available via Zoom or one-on-one in studio. If attending at studio, masks are required. Touch free hand sanitizer to be used when entering studio. Touch free temperature check will be taken and an O2 level will be taken. All equipment, doors and walls are cleaned after each client.
Class includes use of weights, body weight and bands. Static and dynamic balance techniques will be practiced.

One half hour range of motion exercises from feet to head - working all muscles and joints. Class is done in a chair. Meditation at end of class.

Loosen and strengthen your back and core with exercises specifically chosen to help your back, including Pilates exercises, yoga positions and stretches. Meditation and fascial release at end of class included. Class held in a calming low-light environment.

1/2 hour Hatha yoga stretch with meditation using mat
