Fall Class Schedule

All classes are conducted in small groups of 8 or less, allowing for more individualized coaching in an environment where colors were carefully chosen to facilitate healing and rebalancing of body and mind.

Balance & Strength - SilverSneakersĀ® FLEX program

Class includes use of weights, body weight and bands. Static and dynamic balance techniques will be practiced.
Mondays 9:30 am - 10:15 am, August 26 - October 7 (Fee: $56)
Tuesdays 10:15 am - 11:00 am, August 27 - October 8 (Fee: $56)
Drop-in fee: $8/class
SilverSneakersĀ® participants: FREE

Arthritis Exercise

Work all joints through their range of motion and strengthen muscles supporting weak joints with light weights and therabands. Class is primarily done in a chair with standing balance activities included.
Thursdays 10:00am - 10:45am
September 5 - September 26 (Fee: $20)
October 3 - October 31 (Fee: $5)
Drop-in fee: $5/class

Back Care

Loosen and strengthen your back and core with exercises specifically chosen to help your back, including Pilates exercises, yoga positions and stretches. Meditation and fascial release at end of class included. Class held in a calming low-light environment. Essential oils available to assist with destressing. Enjoy a cup of herbal tea after class if you desire.

August 29 - October 10 (Fee: $56)
Drop-in fee: $8/class

Personal Training

Sessions include assessments, personalized plan, exercise coaching, myofascial release, stress and pain management techniques as needed and tracking of progress. Personal training/coaching available by appointment. Hours for personal training/coaching are Monday and Friday during the day, Saturday, and additional times may also be available on Wednesday and Tuesday during the day. Call or email for appointments and availability.
Normal Rate: $50/hour
Senior Rate (65+): $40/hour
